Race: Although not a specific race, he shares traits from humans, elves, vampires, and dragon-halfs.

Personality: Very kind and gentle
History: Although orginally designed by evil scientist to conquer and destory the world, N.E.O. evolved and developed feelings. Helping those who are weaker or unable to fend for themselves. Even though he can be slightly misinfromed about some matters, his heart is always looking for a way to help.
Nexas Earth Omega or N.E.O. Was created through the injection of different species' DNA and therefore would have been highly unstable had it not been for a secret that the mad scientists had cooked up to keep their creation alive, but with keeping their creature alive, came a price. They killed a young men and used the boy's heart into their monster. Their creature began to show signs of emotion and began having feelings for all that he was meant to destroy. Eventually the creature turned on his creators and fled, unaware of what might happen to him next.
